Previously, at my old office we had a cancellation/no show policy, and although we haven’t been enforcing it here at ABODE there is enough complaints about the waiting list that we have to do something. So, we are re-instating the policy.

• We request that you give us 24 hour notice prior to cancellation of your appointment.
• You are entitled to 3 cancellations/no shows without prior notice, but after that there is a $50 cancellation fee.

• We respect that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent you from 24 hour prior cancellation and we will take each instance as separate.

Remember that this policy is not intended to punish you for having a life that is human, but to encourage you to notify us so that someone on the waiting list can have your appointment.
